The Site Is The Construction Of The Fourth Category, The First Group According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 4, The Letter D Of The Spa And Art. 8, Para. 2, Item 3 Of Ordinance No. 1/2003 On The Nomenclature For The Types Of Construction And Art. 15, Para. 6, Item 1.4.3. Of The Regulations For The Procedure For Entry And Keeping Of The Central Professional Register Of The Builder.
