The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Activities For The Delivery Of A Used Garbage Collection And Waste -Storage Carrier, The Assumption Of Warranty Liability By The Contractor For Damage To The Vehicle Within The Warranty Period. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes Training Activities Of The Contracting Authority On The Operation Of The Vehicle. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Provide Technically And To Facilitate Operational Work On The Garbage Collection On The Territory Of The Municipality. This Will Create Conditions For The Fulfillment Of The Obligations To Society In Shorter Terms And In Compliance With The Requirements For Environmental Protection. The Minimum Requirements Regarding The Type, Technical Data And Characteristics Of The Garbage Collection And Waste -Referring Car Type, Which Should Deliver The Contractor, Are Detailed In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Documentation.
