Tenders are invited for Construction of 06 storied Bangladesh Secretariat Central Jame Mosque Building with 06 storied foundation at Bangladesh Secretariat, Dhaka (Sub-Head: Remaining works including Decorative facing brick works, Wall Almirah, GRC screen & Steel Structure, Travertine marble, Onix marble, Silicon repellent, Tempered Glass Door etc.) Eligibility of Tenderer: Eligible contractors shall have: 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (One) contract of building construction or similar works with a value of at least BDT 3.25 (Three Point Two Five) Crore only successfully completed in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be BDT 30.00 (Thirty) Crore in the best 03 (Three) years over the last 05 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e- GP Portal. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 4.00 (Four) Crore Only. 5. The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 3.75 (Three Point Seven Five) Crore Only. 6. The Tenderer shall submit updated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and other necessary documents. 7. Tenderer are requested to go through all instructions in TDS & PCC.
