The Patient Room To Be Redesigned In This Project Section Are Located In The Clinic Lauf (Nuremberg Land), Haupthaus, Station 3 On The 3Rd Floor Of The Building. You Can Find Addresses In This List Of Services Below Addresses And Contacts. The Station Consists Of A Total Of 18 Patient Rooms, A Lounge And Four Connecting Corridors. The Functional Adjoining Rooms On This Station Are Not Renovated/Rebuilt. In This Project Section, All 18 Patient Rooms, 1 Lounge And The Entire Hallway Are Renovated. According To The Enclosed Construction Period, This Project Section Is Carried Out In 2 Construction Phases In Ongoing Hospital Operation. For Both Construction Phases, A Scaffolding Tower With Stairs And A Construction Site Elevator For Material Transport Is Created On The Outside Of The Building. Access To The Respective Construction Phase Is Then Carried Out By A Exposed And Protected Window In A Patient Room. This Access Should Only Be Used For Regular Construction Site Operation To Avoid Dirt And Disorders In Hospital Operations.
