Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services- Tendering Of Total Counseling Task In Connection With Removal And Extension Of Skejbygårdsvej 13. This Consulting Agreement Relates To The Project, Which Deals With The Establishment Of A Multi -User House On Skejbygårdsvej 13 In The Northern Part Of Aarhus. This Is A Co-Location Project In An Existing Building To Accommodate The House Of Welfare Technology (Vth) And A Learning And Employment Offer (Lbt). The Area Distribution Between The Two Functions Is Approx. 80% To Vth And Approx. 20% To Lbt. The Building Consists Of Two Coherent Buildings, An Administration Building Of Approx. 4,000 M² And A Hall Of Approx. 3,500 M². The Project Consists Of A Major Redevelopment And Renovation Of The Two Existing Buildings As Well As The Establishment Of Two New Extensions. The Project Is, As A Rule, Not Stage Divided. The Project Is Realized In A Collaboration Between Aarhus Ejendomme (Aae), Who Is The Developer, The Magistrate Of Social Conditions And Employment (Msb) And The Magistrate Of Health And Care (Mso), Who Are Operators Of The Learning And Employment Offer Respectively (Lbt) And The House Of Welfare Technology (Vth). The Estimated Value Of The Contract, As Stated In This Tender Notice (Bt27lot And Bt27 Procedure) And Point 2.1.3 Of Pre -Qualification And Tendering Terms Are Not The Estimated Value Of The Tendered Advisory Task, But Forms The Financial Framework For The Part Of The Overall Task For Which The Advisor Has Budget Responsibility. The Part Of The Budget That The Total Advisor Must Manage Contains All Costs Excl. Adviser Fees And Internal Municipal Costs. With Regard To Documentation Of Financial And Financial Ability, The Following Must Be Presented As Final Documentation When The Municipality Of Aarhus Requests: The Applicants Annual Reports Or Excerpts Thereof, For The Latest Available Financial Year, Whose Publication Of Annual Reports Is Compulsory In The Country Where The Applicant Is Established. Applicant Can Reimburse His Financial And Financial Ability For Any Other Document That The City Of Aarhus Considers Appropriate If The Applicant For A Valid Reason Is Unable To Present The Documents Required By Aarhus Municipality. The Reference List From The Espd Is Considered Final Documentation. Thus, No Further Documentation Will Be Obtained For The References From The Applicant With Which Aarhus Municipalities Expects To Enter Into An Agreement. Aarhus Municipality Reserves The Right To Contact The References Stated. The Requirements For Documentation Of The Reliability Of The Information Provided In Espd Also Apply To Consortium Participants And Units If The Purpose Of The Applicant Is Based On. As Evidence That The Company And Its Possibly Subcontractors And/Or Subcontractors And Supportive Entities Are Not Covered By Regulation 2022/576, Signed Up To The Declaration Of Faith And Laws Regarding Russian Establishment And Ownership. The Contract Contains A Csr Appendix Containing, Among Other Things, A Working Clause.
