Pursuant To Art. 58 Of The Code, Taking Into Account The Principles On The Subject, The Contract Is Divided Into A Single Lot Defined On The Basis Of The Geographical Location Of The Requested Services And The Distribution Of The Same In The Territory Of Rome, As Well As On The Basis Of The Organization Of The Operating Structures To Support The Logistics Of The Company Settlements. The Overall Amount Of The Contract Will Be The Result Of The Application Of The Single Percentage Discount Offered On The Price Lists Based On The Relative Quantities, Applicable Also In The Event Of Exercising The Extension Option. The Amount For Services Other Than Those Fee Represents A Maximum Expenditure Roof, Not Binding For The Client, Up To Which The Contractual Services Can Be Commissioned, Based On The Actual Needs Of The Client Necessary During The Period Of Contractual Validity, Through Specific Implementing Contracts.
