In case a tropical cyclone signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or a black rainstorm warning signal or extreme conditions announced by the Government is/are in force at any time between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on 6 June 2025, the submission closing time will be extended to 12:00 noon of the following working day. Late submissions will not be accepted. Minimum Carrying Capacity of the Proposed Vessel: The Proposed Vessel must have a Carrying Capacity (excluding Crew) of not Less than 90.
