Tenders are invited for Providing Consulting and Logistical Services. The activities required to be implemented vary within the following areas : Coordinating and implementing various meetings (for accountability, awareness-raising, or dialogue purposes) on womens and youths political participation, elections, the complaints system in local authorities, and political issues within Miftahs scope of work. This includes public meetings, focus groups, awareness seminars, and accountability sessions in Tulkarm Governorate, at least two meetings per month, depending on the projects implemented, including : Suggestion/Communication with target groups to ensure attendance of no less than 25 participants in each meeting . Logistical coordination for holding the meeting, including: hall reservation and hospitality, in accordance with the organizations purchasing procedures . Register participants attendance and pay for participants transportation (if necessary) according to the forms used . Nominate an expert/specialist in the field as needed . Attend and represent the organization at the meeting, and manage the session when necessary . Coordination of training according to the plan specified by the Miftah Foundation Suggestion/communication with target groups to participate in the training . Logistical coordination for holding the meeting, including: hall reservation, providing hospitality, lunch, and accommodation if needed, in accordance with the organizations purchasing procedures . Registering participants attendance during training days and paying for participants transportation (if necessary) according to the forms used . Follow up with the trainer to ensure that the training is going well . Attend and represent the institution in training . Coordination for the participation of targeted groups from Tulkarm Governorate in central/joint activities in one of the other governorates, including : Nominate/select the target group according to the activity . Coordinating transportation and paying for it according to the procedures in place at the institution . Attendance and participation in central activities . Monthly follow-up with the Najda Association regarding the complaints system for female members of local authorities : Contact members who wish to file a complaint . Follow up the case with the Najda Association Participation as a member of the special committee for following up complaints at the Najda Association .
