Prequalifications are invited for Procurement of Hardware Equipment for ICT Directorate COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested Companies are to collect the Tender Documents from the Procurement Unit Block K, Room 11, Take-off site, Ibrahim Aliyu Bye-Pass, Dutse, Jigawa State, on evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Ten Thousand Naira (10,000.00) Naira only per Lot, into the Federal University Dutses REMITA platform; 5. SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit their bid in two (2) copies each of the Technical and Financial bids, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid and Financial Bid. The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Name/Title of the Procurement clearly marked and addressed to: The Ag. Director, Directorate of Procurement, Block K, Room 11, Gate 2, Take-Off Site, Ibrahim Aliyu Bye-Pass, Dutse, Jigawa State. The reverse side of the envelope should be clearly marked with the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated tender box at the Reception Area, Ground Floor, Senate Building, Federal University Dutse, Gate 1, Ibrahim Aliyu Bye-Pass, Dutse, Jigawa State not later than 11:00 a.m on Monday, 9th June, 2025. The working hour is 8:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m on weekdays, excluding weekends. Please ensure that you sign the Bid Submission register as the University will not be liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted Bids. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 11:00 a.m on Monday, 9th June, 2025, in the Senate Chambers, Senate Building, Federal University Dutse, Gate 1, Ibrahim Aliyu Bye-Pass, Dutse, Jigawa State, in the presence of observers, bidders or their representatives, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened.
