Tenders are invited for Network and Hardware Procurement COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Qualified companies shall, on application, collect standard bidding documents (Technical and Financial) from the office of the Registrar, upon presentation of evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of N10,000 only, payable to the Imo State Polytechnic, Omuma. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Completed bid comprising of both Technical and Financial Bids shall be submitted in two copies in two different sealed envelopes and labelled Technical and Financial and both sealed in a third envelope marked Project Name at the top right-hand corner and addressed to: The Registrar, Imo State Polytechnic, Omuma. The sealed envelope should be marked (with the name of the project and lot number) and submitted not later than noon, 10th of June, 2025. 6. OPENING OF BIDS The technical and financial bids will be opened on the 10th of June, 2025 by 12.30 pm, at the conference room of Imo State Polytechnic, Omuma.
