Quotation are invited for Dewa Satwa Yard Restaurant Service. The Tender Documents are available Free of Cost. Restaurant service is required at DEWA Satwa Yard. The service is required to cater to the needs of DEWA Staff and external contractors. We now invite you to submit your bid for a variety of food items and beverages with the lowest price to run a Restaurant plus Maximum Annual Rent under the as per the terms of tender. Interested and reputed Food & Beverages companies & Specialty Coffee Shop Agencies must send their Intention to bid for this tender to contracts@dewa.gov.ae along with their company profile and contact details (email address & Mobile is mandatory). DEWA Contracts department will then e-mail the tender documents to ONLY those interested companies to bid for this tender. Tenders must be valid for acceptance for 120 days from the closing date of the Tender Tenderer shall arrange to deposit Dirhams 10,000.00 (AED Ten Thousand Only) as a tender bond amount and the tender must be accompanied by the cash receipt obtained from the cash deposit to DEWA account (specified in the tender document) in ENBD Bank against the payment for an amount of Dirhams 10,000.00, which is refundable if not successful. Completed Tender (Cover Letter, Tender Bond Deposit Receipt, Duly filled Tender Document with prices & details and Complete offer strictly on a CD ROMM but not in a USB), enclosed in a plain cover and red wax-sealed, clearly marked Tender CG/0008/2025 DEWA Satwa Yard Restaurant Service should be addressed to Chairman, Board of Directors, Dubai Electricity & Water Authority and deliver to security staff at the Authoritys Head Office near Wafi Shopping Mall in Zabeel East, Dubai on the day of tender closing before the deadline time. The closing date for receipt of completed Tender is 11.00 a.m. Tuesday, 10th June 2025.
