Request for proposals for Final External Evaluator Hemaya II Project Project Focus: Ending Violence against Women and Girls with Disabilities (Wgwds) in Palestine (West Bank and Gaza Strip), Using an Intersectional, Feminist, and Disability-Inclusive Approach. Evaluation Scope: The Evaluation will Assess the ProjectS Relevance, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Impact, Sustainability, Gender Equality and Human Rights, and Knowledge Generation - Covering the Implementation Period August 2022 to July 2025.
