Tenders are invited for Overall Control of the Airport Energy System and Full-Process Scientific Research Implementation towards the Goal of Zero-Carbon Operation under Taiyuan Wusu Zero-Carbon Airport Project Financed by NDB Loan Project Location: Taiyuan, Shanxi Province Scope of bidding: The goal of this project is to achieve zero-carbon operation at Taiyuan Airport. The work will involve establishing a definition and implementation path for a Zero-Carbon Operation Airport, participating in the entire implementation process, and providing technical support for the construction of a zero-carbon operation airport. By referencing advanced technologies and concepts from national and international airports in terms of low-carbon or zero-carbon practices, as well as reviewing relevant case studies and research materials, the definition of a Zero-Carbon Operation Airport will be established, alongside clear carbon emission accounting boundaries. Focusing on the operational characteristics of Taiyuan Wusu Airport, the implementation path for a Zero-Carbon Operation Airport will be developed through an in-depth analysis of the airports total carbon emissions and their composition, with particular attention to energy consumption, energy supply, and management aspects. The overall plan for the cientific research project Research and Demonstration of Zero Carbon Key Technologies at Taiyuan Wusu Airport will be proposed to monitor the entire research process, coordinate various research projects, ensure close integration with the Taiyuan Wusu International Airport Phase III Reconstruction and Expansion Project, and provide technical or basic technical support for achieving zero-carbon airport operations. The research outcomes of each subject research will be organized, identifying key technologies and engineering experiences that are replicable and scalable in the process of building a Zero-Carbon Operation Airport.
