Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Equipment for the Implementation of an Intelligent Traffic Management System and Training of Officers and 50 Young People in Traffic Management and Traffic Light Maintenance. 3. The Road Management Agency, represented by the PTUA Coordination Unit, is requesting sealed bids from eligible bidders meeting the required qualifications for the Supply and Installation of equipment for the implementation of an intelligent traffic management system and training of officers and 50 young people in traffic management and traffic light maintenance. No preference is granted. The French-language tender documents may be purchased by any interested bidder by submitting a written request to the address below, along with a non-refundable payment receipt of fifty thousand one hundred CFA francs (50,100 FCFA) or seventy-six euros and two hundred and twenty-five cents (76,377). Payment will be by certified check or cash to the bank account listed below. The tender documents will be available for collection on site or sent by express courier for those who wish. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee issued by a bank, financial institution, or third party approved by the Minister of Economy and Finance, for an amount of ninety million (90,000,000) CFA francs.
