The Chargers Should Be Open To The Public, Taxis And Goods And Utility Transport. The Provider Shall Establish And Operate The Charging Stations At Their Own Expense And Risk. Operations Include Charging, Rear System, Payment Solutions And User Interfaces For Chargers And Follow -Up In Operation In Terms Of Errors And Support.
