Technical Assistance Services-Contract Of Supervision Services (Technical Assistance By Site Management) Of The Execution Works Within The Project Restoration, Consolidation And Enhancement Of The Historical Monument Huniade Castle, Today The Banat Museum , Lmi Code Tm-Ii-Ii-A-06140. Based On The Contract, Supervision/Supervision Services (Technical Assistance - Site Management) Will Be Provided For The Contract For The Execution Of The Works To Be Concluded By The Contracting Authority For This Project, As Well As The Supervision Of The Measures Taken By The Entrepreneurs During The Guarantee Period For The Remedy Of Any Possible Failures Of The Works. The Main Types Of Works For Carrying Out The Investment Provided By The Contract Are Posted In Seap Within The Participation Announcement No. Cn1077585/04.02.2025, As Follows: • Strengthening The Entire Castle For Secure And Ensuring A Structural Stability, Consolidation Works That Include Consolidation Of The Foundations And The Insurance Of The Walls, For The Highlighting Of The Original Overranal Constructions; • Architectural Restoration Works And Ensuring All Functionalities To Function As A Museum With High Technology And With Ensuring All The Conditions For Organizing Temporary Exhibitions, Cultural Actions, Communications And So On. • Restoring The Original Finishes And Restoring All The Elements That Have Been Preserved (Carpentry, Marble Pavement, Parietal Decorations Etc.). • In Order To Reissue The Original Image, The Architectural Elements And Artistic Components Will Be Restored, According To The Studies And Expertise Prepared At The Previous Phases. • Eradication Of Humidity And Preventive Treatments; • The Architectural Restoration According To The Original Solutions, For The Floor (Marble And Parquet Pavement), The Restoration Of The Architectural Finishes, The Restoration Of The Parietal Decorations And So On. Through The Use Of Materials Based On Hydraulic Lime; • Making Finishes With Traditional Materials, Which Comply With Mc Approvals; • Restoration Of The Facades In Accordance With The Historical Study And The Documents In The Archives • Enhance The Archaeological Site From The Interior By Installing Glass Floors With A Ventilation And Lighting For Protection And Aesthetics Of The Museum. • The Attic Arrangement Of A Digital Library And In Which Part Of The Existing Heritage In The Museum Is Exposed. • Mounting Of Elevators. • Modernization Of Installations To Ensure Reduced Energy Consumption And Provide And Provisions For Thermal Protection And Humidity Of The Construction • Restoration Of Facades And Re -Editing The Original Image, With The Existing Finishing Types To Reissue The Construction Stages • Mounting The Architectural Lighting For The Facades And Making An Intelligent Lighting In The Museum. The Supervision/Supervision Services (Technical Assistance - Site Management) Of The Contract For The Execution Of These Works, Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Legislation - Annex 1 To Gd No. 1 Of January 10, 2018 - General And Specific Conditions And The Contractual Agreement For The Works Execution Contracts, Law No. 10/1995 Regarding The Quality In Construction With The Modifications And Completions
