Roununbout Construction Work - Elaboration Of Technical Project And Execution Works For Holding Sense Arrangement On Dn 1A, Km 19+250, Intersection With Ştirbei Voda Street (Dj 602), Buftea City. The Contract Will Have As Object The Elaboration Of The Technical Project And The Execution Of The Works For The Arrangement Of A Roundabout On Dn 1A (Km 19+250) Intersection With Stirbei Voda Street (Dj 602), Buftea City. In Accordance With The Contractual Provisions, The Possible Changes That May Intervene During The Period Of The Contract, Refers To The Following, Without Limiting To Them: 1. Changes Of The Contracting Parties, Including The Replacement Of The Contractor With A New Contractor Under The Conditions Provided In Art. 221 Para. (1) Letter. D), Point (Ii); 2. Changing The Name And/Or The Form Of The Company, Changes That Do Not Attract The Creation Of A New Legal Person; 3. Changes Resulting From The Adaptation Of The Technical Execution Project To The Reality In The Land, Including Changes In Punctual Technical Solutions; 4.. 5. Changes Generated By Requirements Of The Environmental Authorities; 6. Changes Generated By The Inclusion Of New Subcontractors/ Suppliers/ Subcontractors Of Subcontractors/ Any Other Economic Operators And/ Or Generated By The Replacement Of Subcontractors/ Suppliers/ Subcontractors/ Any Other Initial Economic Operators, Which Will Be Carried Out According To The Corresponding Clause; 7. Changes Generated By The Change Of Key Personnel/Other Personnel, Which Will Be Made According To The Corresponding Clause Of The Contract; 8. Changes In The Corridor/Expropriation Corridor That Lead To The Need To Carry Out Additional Works And/Or To Renounce The Accomplishment Of Existing Works In The Contract; 9. Legislative Or Technical Changes/ Stas/ Norms/ Standards, During The Course Of The Contract, Which Will Be Carried Out According To The Corresponding Clause Of The Contract, In Compliance With The Provisions Of Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016, With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions; 10. Extension Of The Execution Time Based On The Contractual Mechanism Without Prejudice To The Beneficiarys Right To Apply The Penalties And/Or Sanctions Provided In The Contract; 11. Changes Resulting From The Implementation Of The Requests From Various Institutions/Authorities/Entities That Have Attributions In Relation To The Investment Objective (For Example: Ministries, Authorities/Central And/Or Local Institutions, Certified Verifiers, Control Bodies, Etc.), Including Those Regarding Archeology, Demination And/Or Utilities. The Changes Will Be Made After The Signing Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Contractual Provisions, Only Under The Conditions In Which They Do Not Represent Substantial Changes Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of Art. 221 Para.
