Public Road Transport Services-Route-Based Public Transport Services 4/2025, Rauma-Huittinen-Tampere. Southwest Finland And Pirkanmaa Ely Centers Request An Offer To Handle Public Transport Services From 1.1.2026 To 4 June 2028 On The Rauma-Huittinen-Tampere Route (More Detailed Destination In The Appendix To The Invitation To Tender). The Agreement Includes An Option To Extend The Contract For The Period From June 5, 2028 To June 2, 2030. The Exact Start And End Dates Are Determined By The School Year. Traffic Is Procured Under A Gross Agreement. The Gross Agreement Is A Public Transport Service Agreement Within The Meaning Of The Service Contracts Regulation (1370/2007) And The Specialty Area Procurement Act (1398/2016), Where The Risk Of Box Office Revenue Is Within The Traffic Subscriber. The Traffic Contained In This Procurement Shall Be Granted A Separate Administrative Decision In Accordance With The Service Contracts Regulation. The Exclusive Decision Takes Into Account Any Longer -Distance Traffic Through The Part Of The Route. The Ticket And Payment System Requirements And Interoperability Requirements Required By The Transport Services Act (320/2017) Are Further Described In The Invitation To Tender And In The Annexes. The Ely Centers Of Southwest Finland And Pirkanmaa Have Formed A Joint Procurement Unit Where The Main Responsibility Is At The Ely Center In Southwest Finland. The Municipalities In The Area Are Involved In The Financing Of The Acquisition.
