Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services - Public Tender Reg. Pre -Treatment And Marketing Of Paper And Books. The Offering Of This Agreement Includes The Pre -Treatment And Marketing Of Paper And Books That The Contracting Entity Receives On The Contracting Entity Five (5) Recycling Sites. The Contracting Entity Also Receives Paper Via Environmental Stations, But Only Until April 2026, As Environmental Stations In Kolding Municipality Are Phased Out. The Contracting Of The Contracting Paper And Books Must Be Treated By The Supplier As A Minimum As Waste Intended For Recycling Or Better In Accordance With Section 12 Of The Waste Ordinance And The Environmental Protection Act. The Waste Fraction Is Kept And Delivered Separately In Two (2) Partial Fractions: - Paper - Books The Contracting Entity Is Responsible For The Transport Of The Fractions To The Receiving Plant Specified By The Supplier. The Contracting Entity Will Either Or Via A Third Party Deliver The Waste Via Their Own Container Transports Or Compressor Cars. The Contracting Entity Does Not Make Sorting Or Cleaning Of The Sub -Fraction Collected (S) Prior To Being Transferred To The Supplier (N), Which Is Why Interested Tenderers Are Recommended To Inspect The Two (2) Fractions On One Or More Of The Contractors Recycling Sites Prior To Submitting Offers. The Supplier Must Accept That Up To 5% Error Sorting May Occur Per Day. Read. The Calculated Volume Is Guiding Exclusively And Is Based On Historical Figures, Which Is Why They Cannot Be Taken As An Expression Of A Guaranteed Future Turnover Size. The Contracting Entity Points Out That, As A Result Of Producer Responsibility And The Roll -Out Of Household Collection In 10 Fractions In Kolding Municipality, A Decrease In The Amount Of The Waste Fraction Is Expected On Paper And Books, Respectively, Received At The Contractors Environmental Stations And Recycling Sites. Kolding Municipalitys Rollout Of Household Collection In 10 Fractions Takes Place In Two (2) Phases - With The First Phase Per. October 1, 2025 And Other Phase Per April 1, 2026. Paper Collected From Kolding Municipalitys Environmental Stations In The Form Of Approx. 1,500 Pcs. 370 Liter Containers Will Only Be Covered By The Agreement Until The Contracting Entity Implementation Of Household Collection With 10 Fractions In Kolding Municipality From 01.10.2025 To 01.04.2026, After Which The Fraction Will Be Reduced And In The Long Term Will Be Completely.
