The Operator Must Offer All The Telecommunication Services Included In The Gsm/Umts/Lte/5G: 1.2.1. Standard Voice Services (Voicemail; Waiting And Retention Of The Call; Redirection Of The Call; Restriction/Ban On Calls; Conference Link; Call Identification/Clip, Clir/); 1.2.2. Emergency Call Services - Free End Users Access To Emergency Calls; 1.2.3. Short Text Messages (Sms) And Multimedia (Mms); 1.2.4. International Telecommunication Services (International Roaming); 1.2.5. Notification Of A Missed Call; 1.2.6. Data Transmission Services - Gprs, Wap, Mobile Internet, Data And Fax; 1.2.7. Reference Services Relating To Subscriber Numbers, Automatic Internal And International Selection Codes, Prices And Other Similar Information Related To The Operators Telecommunication Services; 1.2.8. Number Portability Service - The Possibility Of Preserving The Numbers Used By The Contracting Authorities Until The Contract Is Concluded. 1.2.9. Other Corporate Client Services - According To The Participant Submitted List Of Services Provided By The Participant; 1.2.10. Prices Per Minute Conversation Should Not Be Higher Than Those Announced On The Contractors Website. 2. General Requirements For The Services Provided By The Mobile Operator. 2.1. The Services Provided By The Mobile Operator Must Meet The Following Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And Provide: 2.1.1. Connectivity Of Corporate Group Subscribers To Other Networks In The Country And Abroad - Fixed, Mobile And Internet Access; 2.1.2. Connection On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, 2.1.3. Possibility Of Using Roaming; 2.1.4. Preferential Prices For Conversations On The Network Of The Same Operator, Incl. Number Of Minutes For Free Calls; 2.1.5. Preferential Prices For Conversations To Networks Of Other National Operators, Incl. Number Of Minutes For Free Calls; 2.1.6. Possibility Of Using Preferential Conditions Of Mlsp Employees And Employees Of The Secondary Authorizers With A Budget With The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy (Vbi) As Annexed Subscribers Under A Special Program Of The Operators Operator For Employees; 2.1.7. Possibility To Buy Preferential Prices For Mobile Apparatus For The Needs Of The Corporate Group; 2.1.8. Ability To Provide Services Such As: Replacement Of Lost, Stolen Or Destroyed Sim Card, Detailed Monthly Statement,
