Industrial Machinery-Allocation Of Planning, Procurement, Delivery, Coordination, Assembly, Trial Operation And Acceptance Of A Rotary Oven System For Thermal Sewage Sludge Mono Treatment. The Special-Purpose Association Waste Recycling South Hesse (Zas) Has The Task Of Disposing The Residual Waste Remaining From Household Waste, Bulky Waste And Domestic Waste-Like Commercial Waste For The Local Authorities, The City Of Darmstadt, Darmstadt-Dieburg, Odenwaldkreis And Its Cooperation Partners. For This Purpose, The Zas Has And Operates The Garbage Heating Unit (Mhkw) Darmstadt. Entega Ag Is Commissioned To Carry Out The Operational Company. The Waste Incineration Of The Mhkw Darmstadt Consisted Of Three Combustion Lines, Lines 1, 2 And 3, With An Approved Annual Throughput Capacity Of 238.280 Mg/A. The Entega Received The Bimschg Apparition Notice On December 20, 2023. The Approved Annual Garbage Throughput Of The Waste Incineration Lines 3 And 4 Is 225,000 Mg/A, The Approved Capacity Of Drained Municipal Sewage Sludge In The Ksmb Is 60,000 Mg/A. The Zas Is Currently In The Realization Of The Renovation And Modernization Of The Darmstadt Mhkw. The New Waste Incineration Line 4 And The New Line 5 Will Be Built In Two Construction Phases. As Part Of The Construction Phase 1, The Waste Incineration Line 2 Has Already Been Dismantled. This Is Replaced By A Larger Waste Incineration Line 4 Currently Located In The New Building. As Part Of The Construction Phase 2, It Is Planned To Recreate The Waste Incineration Line 1 And To Set Up A Line 5 With Ksmb And Ks-Saumefechentent In The Place Of Line 1 And To Link The Ksmb Process With The Kettle Of The Line 4, Whereby The Work On Line 4 And The Necessary Dismantling Services Are Not The Subject Of This Advertisement. In Construction Phase 2, The Interaction Between Ksmb And The Boiler Of Line 4. The Ksmb Is Also The Thermal Treatment Of Municipal Sewage Sludge From The Region. The Ksmb Is Subsequently Switched On With Grinding And Granulation Of The Sewage Sludge Ash (Hereinafter The Ks Ash) With The Appropriate Recovery Of The Raw Material Phosphorus In A P-Ascentgranulate, Whereby This Part Of The System Is Also Not The Subject Of This Tender. The Ksmb Consists Of The Sewage Sludge Assumption, Sewage Sludge Intermediate Storage And The Thermal Sewage Sludge Treatment Using A Rotary Oven. The Thermal Sewage Sludge Treatment Will Be Carried Out In A Directly Heated Rotary Oven In The Installation Area Of The Current Waste Incineration Line 1. The Rotating Oven Is To Be Heated With Hot Flue Gas (Hot Gas) From The Boiler Of The Waste Incineration Line 4. It Is Intended That The Hot Gas Flows In The Counter -Current To The Transport Path Of The Sewage Sludge In The Rotary Oven, Whereby The Required Hot Gas Amount Is Dependent On The Amount And On The Moisture Content Of The Registered Sewage Sludge. The Hot Gas Quantity Is Determined By The Temperature Of The So -Called Process Gas Out Of The Rotary Oven.
