The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply And Implementation Of A System For Automation And Structure Of Processes In It Systems (Soar Class - Security Orchestration, Automation And Response) Hereinafter Referred To As The Soar System. 2. The Software, On The Terms Set Out In The Contract And Opz, For A Period Of 60 Months From The Date Of Signing Without Reservation Of The System Of Receipt Of The System, E) Transfer To The Contracting Authority The Authors Property Rights To The Documentation For The Remuneration Specified In The Contract And In The Fields Of Exploitation Specified In The Contract. 3. All System Components Must Be Covered By Warranty And Warranty For A Period Of 60 Months.
