The Acquisition Site Is Described In More Detail In The Appendix To The Request For Participation. The Information On The Volumes In The Documents Is Unlikely Estimates. The Procurement Is Carried Out By The Negotiating Procedure. In The Negotiating Procedure, The Contracting Entity Will Select Tenderers From The Candidates Who Submit The Application For Participation And Will Be Invited To The Negotiations. On The Basis Of The Applications For Participation, The Contracting Entity Will Select A At Least Three (3) But Up To Five (5) Best Candidates For The Procurement Procedure If There Are So Many Suitable Candidates. If There Are Less Than Three (3) Applications Complying With Minimum Requirements, The Contracting Entity May Select All Candidates Who Meet The Minimum Requirements. If There Are More Appropriate Candidates Than Five Of The Above, The Contracting Entity Will Compare The Candidates Requests For Participation On The Basis Of The Criteria Described In The Procurement Documents. The Five Best Candidates With The Best Score Will Be Selected For The Negotiations. An Agreement On Services Is Made With One Tenderer. The Contract Period Is Five (5) Years. The Duration Of The Agreement May Be Extended In Accordance With Article 117 Of The Act (1397/2016).
