Operation Of A Water -Purification Plant - Concession (Public Service Delegation) For The Exploitation Of The Public Service Dassaining Collective Of The Dagglomération Portes De - Thionville. Concession (Dsp) For The Exploitation Of The Wastewater Treatment Competence And A Part Of The Transfer Competence Of The Public Service In The Affected Territory Of The Community, Namely The Distinction Of The Thionville Deputation Station, And The Area Linked To The Transfer By Siphon Under The Moselle. The Public Service Concession Contract Will Take Effect On January 1, 2026 To Save On December 31, 2030, A Period Of 5 Years. Lexploitation Of This Service Includes: -A Part Of The Transfer And The Treatment Of Wastewater, -The Maintenance Of The Installations Entrusted And The Missions Described In The Consultation File And Its Annexes. The Main Characteristics Of The Service Are Presented In The Draft Contract And Its Annexes, Attached To This Consultation File. The Concessionaire Will Notably Provide The Following Services: -The Transport Of Wastewater -The Wastewater Treatment Thanks To The Installations Of The Service Made Available To It, -Current Networks Of Networks Located Within The Perimeter Of The Concession, -Current Information Of The Equipment Made Available To It, Including Cleaning And Slowness Of The Surroundings, -The Management Of Green Spaces, -Le Recruitment, Training And The Control Of The Staff Compliance With Health Standards. The Concessionaire Will Exclusively Ensure The Public Service Collective Dassaining (Transfer And Treatment Of Wastewater) With The Perimeter Defined In The Contract. The Variants Are Prohibited. The Consultation Does Not Include Any Additional Services. The Documents To Be Provided Are In The Consultation Regulations (Application / Offer).
