The Assignment Is Gradually Carried Out. With The Completion Of The Award Procedure, Only The Service Phase 1 (Basic Determination), Service Phase 2 (Preliminary Planning (Project And Planning Preparation)), Service Phase 3 (Design Planning (System And Integration Planning)) Are First Commissioned.
