Pre-qualification documents: 1. A certified copy of a certificate of business registration, certificate of incorporation, business license or similar document 2. A certified copy of tax registration, tax clearance certificates or similar documents 3. Information on ownership structure (Name of directors of the company / Owner) 4. Sign WV supplier code of conduct and safeguarding behaviour protocol (as per attached template) 5. Vendor Registration Form and supplier questionnaire (as per attached template). 6. Company Profile: indicating all contact names, bank details, list of clients with whom company has provided similar services. Failure to submit all above mentioned documents might lead to disqualification of the Bidder. Technical Qualification requirements Interested candidates should submit the below documents along with prequalification documents: A detailed list of equipments that supplier has and can use it during. A portfolio showcasing previous similar work. A company profile or CV of company and staff with relevant experience. Three professional references and previous client feedback.
