The Detailed Description And Method Of Order Processing Includes A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Constituting Annex 1.1 To Swz: 1) The Proposed Devices Must Be New, Unused, Free Of Defects, And Their Technical And Functional Parameters Not Lower Than Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Orders Constituting Annex 1.1 To Swz. 2) The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers.
