Payroll Management Services - Outsourcing Of Payroll In Joutsa Municipality. The Organization Of The Salary Administration Of The Municipality Of Joutsa Has Been Examined As Part Of The Development Of Operations And Finances. The Aim Is To Ensure The Smooth, Efficiency And Timeliness Of Payroll Calculation In A Changing Operating Environment. Outsourcing Is Introduced To Specialized Expertise, Up -To -Date Systems, Substitute Arrangements, And The Ability To Utilize The Development Of The Service Providers Processes And Technology. In Addition, Outsourcing Can Bring Cost -Effectiveness And Reduce Administrative Load, Which Allows Resources To Be Targeted To Municipal Core Functions. The Outsourcing Of Payrolls Ensures Continuity And Quality Of The Payroll Management And Ensures The Smooth -Term Service In The Long Run. The Municipality Of Joutsa Requests Tenders For The Contract Period Starting On 1 January 2026 In Accordance With This Contract Notice And Its Annexes. In Order To Ensure Continuity, The Contract Period For The Actual Service Production Is Initially For A Fixed Term Of Two (2) Years. After A Fixed -Term Contract Period, The Contract Will Continue Automatically For An Indefinite Period Of Six (6) Months (6) Months And Service Provider Twelve (12) Months. The Termination Of The Contract Must, In Principle, Be Scheduled Until The End Of The Calendar Year. The Procurement Process Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Procurement Act (1397/2016). If Necessary, The Service Provider May, If Necessary, Be Obtained During The Contract Period For Other Consultation And Expert Work Included In The Subject Of The Acquisition. A Separate Hourly Charge Is Requested. The Hourly Rate Of Additional Work Is Not The Basis For The Bid And Thus Does Not Affect The Procurement Decision. The Invitation To Tender Also Requests A Separate Price For A Commissioning Project, Which Is Also Not The Basis For The Bid And Does Not Thus Affect The Procurement Decision. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Purchase A Service Solution Based On The Tendering To Be Implemented, Where The Service Provider Provides The Customer With Comprehensive Payroll Services. The Service Includes Payroll Services And Applications Provided By The Service Provider To Which The Subscriber Obtains Permissions In Accordance With The Agreement.
