In Order To Ensure Continuity, The Contract Period For The Actual Service Production Is Initially For A Fixed Term Of Two (2) Years. After A Fixed -Term Contract Period, The Contract Will Continue Automatically For An Indefinite Period Of Six (6) Months (6) Months And Service Provider Twelve (12) Months. The Termination Of The Contract Must, In Principle, Be Scheduled Until The End Of The Calendar Year. The Procurement Process Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Procurement Act (1397/2016). The Service Includes Payroll Services And Applications Provided By The Service Provider To Which The Subscriber Obtains Permissions In Accordance With The Agreement.
