Mass Spectrometer-Delivery Of Mass Spectrometer With Plasma Inducted Icp-Ms Controlled From An External Pc Set With Software And Microwave Mineralizer To Prepare Samples Before Analysis. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Mass Spectrometer With Inductively Excited Icp-Ms Controlled From An External Pc Set With Software In A Set With A Bioinerted Liquid Chromatograph With Dad Detector For Special Analysis And In The Standard System As Well As A Microwave Mineralizer To Prepare Attempts Before The Analysis Together With Its Installation And Training Of The Ordering Person. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In Annex 1 (Opz) And Annex 7 To Swz (Planned Provisions Of The Contract). 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts And Thus Does Not Allow Partial Offers. Justification: The Order Is Fully Adapted To The Needs Of Small And Medium -Sized Enterprises Within The Meaning Of The Annex I To The Commission Regulation (Eu) No 651/2014 Of 17 June 2014. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Ensure A Comprehensive And Compatible Set For Preparation And Analysis Of Environmental And Organic Samples. The Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts Reduces The Risk Of Technological Non -Compliance Between Individual Elements Of The System And Simplifies The Implementation Process - From Delivery, Through Installation, To The Launch And Training Of Staff, Also Eliminates The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors, Which Would Involve Additional Excessive Costs And Organizational Difficulties, And As A Consequence Could Threaten The Timely And Correct Performance Of The Order. Due To The Principle Of Rational Spending Of Funds By The Ordering Party, The Division Of The Order Into Parts Is Unprecedented. 4. The Employer Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Personally Perform Key Tasks By The Contractor. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers. 6. The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For The Conclusion Of A Framework Contract. 7. The Employer Does Not Provide For The Selection Of An Offer Using An Electronic Auction. 8. The Purchaser Does Not Provide For Reimbursement Of The Costs Of Participation In The Proceedings, Subject To Art. 261 Pps. 9. The Purchaser Does Not Provide For The Requirements Referred To In Art. 96 Para. 1 Pop. 10. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Submission Of Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogs Or Attaching Electronic Catalogs To The Offer. 11. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Awarding The Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 8 Of The Pop. 12. The Contracting Authority Requires The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Within 3 Months From The Date Of The Contractors Transfer Of Information On The Possibility Of Delivery And Assembly By The Contracting Authority. 13. Planned Deadline For Providing The Contractor Of The Information Referred To In Para. 1: No Later Than 15.09.2025. 14. Bearing In Mind That The Contracting Authority Is At The Stage Of Preparing Rooms Where Devices Are To Be Installed, And Delivery And Assembly Are Possible Only After The Renovation Of These Rooms, The Deadline Indicated In Paragraph 2 May Change.
