The Subject Of The Contract Includes: A) The Lease Of The Analyzer For Performing Biochemistry Tests Together With Equipment In 24 Months, B) Successive Delivery Of Reagents, Calibrators, Control Materials, Material Used Materials To The Analyzer Offered By The Contractor Over 24 Months; C) Buying A Participation In The Randox Extra -Columnary Control Program: Rq 9112/C For The Duration Of The Contract; D) Connecting The Analyzer To The Laboratory It System Cooperating With The Hospital System (Proflab-Lis/Clinninet-His); E) Providing The Starter Package To Start The Analyzer Containing Reagents And All Other Materials Needed To Initiate The Markings For At Least Several Analytions: Alt, Ast, Bil, Gluk And Electrolytes; F) Training Of Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Proper Operation Of The Leased Analyzer; G) Service Services During The Lease Of The Subject Of The Contract On The Principles Set Out In Swz. The List Of Reagents, Calibrators, Controls And Useful Materials Is Included In Annex 1-The Assortment And Price Form. The List Of The Required Technical Parameters Of The Analyzer And Reagents Is Included In Annex 1A - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
