Refuse And Waste Related Services - Waste Management Services. Tampere Ev.Lut. Parish Union And Kangasala Ev.Lut. The Parish Requests A Bid For Waste Management Services For The Contract Period 1.12.2025-31.12.2027 In Accordance With This Invitation To Tender And Its Annexes. The Agreement May Be Extended During One (1) Option Period For Two (2) Years From 1.1.2028 To 31.12.2029. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Find A Service Provider Who Performs Waste Management Services In Accordance With The Waste Act And Local Waste Management Regulations. The Waste To Be Transported May Only Be Delivered To The Reception Sites That Have Been Obtained For The Reception Of The Waste. More Detailed Information On The Locations, Waste Fractions And Objects Can Be Found In The Objects Attachment. The Exact Days Of The Week Of The Collection Verses To Be Collected Will Be Specified With The Selected Service Provider In The Contract Negotiations. There Are Both Own And Rental Containers. The Acquisition Includes The Following Services/Products Eg: Oh Emptying Of Waste Bins O Annual Washing Of Waste Bins O The Biowaste Surface Or Deep Collection Containers With A Bio-Bag When Emptying The Container. The Bags Should Be Included In The Price. O The Tenderer Appoints The Responsible Person / Contact Person O Of The Depth Of The Deep Tanks And Shall Provide Daily Information O The Environmental Friendliness Of The Equipment (At Least Euro 6) Each Participating Congregation Shall Make Its Own Procurement Decision And Contract. This Invitation To Tender Is Attached To The Draft Agreement In Tampere Ev.Lut. A Draft Agreement Of The Congregation, Which Other Participants Also Use As A Basis For The Contract. Actions Related To The Beginning Of The Contract Period Shall Be Agreed Separately With Each Of The Involved Contracting Entities.
