It Is Desired To Purchase Security Services, The Security Services Represent Activities Carried Out By Specific Forces And Means, In Order To Ensure The Safety Of Objectives, Goods And Values Against Any Illicit Actions That Harm The Property Right, Their Material Existence, As Well As To Protect The Persons Against Any Hostile Acts That Can Endanger Their Life, According To Lg.Nr. 333/2003 And H.G. 301/2012 With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions, The Triumph Branch Has The Obligation To Provide The Security Services To The Objectives Held. The Duration Of The Contract 24 Months Increasing With The Date Of 16.03.2026 The Estimated Cananture Of The Contract For A Period Of 24 Months Is 183,960 Hours, Respectively: A Guard Post 12/24 Hours In The Amount Of 8760 Hours/24 Months- And 10 Guarding 24/24 In The Quantity Of 175200 Hours/24 Months. Note: The Estimation Of The Value Of The Contract Was Made In Compliance With The Provisions Of The Procurement Legislation, For The Necessary Security Positions At This Time, According To The Activity Of The Branch. The Number Of Security Agents Can Be Modified During One Year, Depending On The Activities Established By The Branch, As Well As The Modification Of The Administered Heritage, In Order To Remove From The Administration Of Some Buildings Or To Receive New Ones. By Mutual Agreement, The Parties Can Modify The Number Of Positions Of Guard Agents, Keeping The Hourly Tariff Offered Through Documents Attached To The Contract, Signed By Both Parties. The Modification Of The Contract Can Be Achieved Only In Compliance With The Appropriate Conditions, Provided In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 160 Para. (2) Of Law 98/2016, With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions, The Contracting Authority Establishes The Deadline In Which It Will Meet All The Requests For Clarification/Additional Information, As Follows: The Deadline Is 10 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Tenders.
