Prequalifications are invited for Animation Festival and Exhibition COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS: Interested bidders are expected to collect the tender documents with detailed scope of work from the office of Deputy Director, procurement of National theatre, Iganmu, Lagos upon payment of N10,000 non-refundable fee payable to the National Theatre, Lagos TSA at any bank. 5) SUBMISSION OF PREQUALIFICATION AND TENDER DOCUMENTS: All the prequalification and tender documents should be forwarded in a neatly sealed envelopes boldly marked pre-qualification indicating the project and addressed to: The General Manager/CEO, National Theatre, The National Theatre Complex, Iganmu. Lagos. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of bidders and be dropped in the designated tender box in the office of Deputy-Director, procurement not later than 12:00 noon of Monday, 9th June 2025. CLOSING AND OPENING DATE Submission of bid prequalification and tender documents closes on Monday, 9th June 2025 at 12: 00 noon prompt. Any bid received after the sated date and time will not be considered. The submitted bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission on 12:00 noon on Monday, 9th June 2025 at the GM/CEOs Office, Box Office of National Theatre, Iganmu, Lagos in the presence of the contractors or their representatives. Please ensure that you sign the pre-qualification / tender bid register in the procurement unit as the National Theatre will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bid documents.
