Tenders are invited for Installation of Solar Street Lights in some Selected Communities in Ebonyi Central Senatorial District COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (GOODS & WORKS) Interested Companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) from the office of the Head Procurement Unit, Nigerian Press Council, Office of The Head of Service, Block C, 8th Floor Abuja. On evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 per Lot, paid into the Nigerian Press Councils Remita account in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. Firms interested in Consultancy Service will not pay at this stage until after short-listing. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (GOODS & WORKS) Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with softcopy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked technical bid or financial bid. Thereafter, put two sealed envelopes together in a bigger scaled envelope addressed to the Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Press Council, Office of The Head of Service, Block C, 8th Floor, Abuja. Marked with the name of the project/programme and Lot number.
