Expression of Interest for Development of a Documentary Series and Other Related Video Contents for arc_esmS Projects SCOPE OF WORK ARC_ESM is seeking to engage one or more vendors to support its Communications Unit in developing storytelling products that may include (but are not limited to): Short and long-form documentaries capturing field-level impact across target locations Client and beneficiary interviews/testimonials Success stories from partnerships and innovation hubs Project highlight reels showcasing policy impact, private sector engagement, and innovation Visual content for social media, stakeholder reports, and donor engagement Design and editorial support for digital and print publications Locations of coverage will include: Federal Ministry of Health and Funding Partner Offices, FCT, Nigeria PMG-MAN Secretariat and member companies in Lagos and Ogun States, Nigeria State governments and stakeholders in Yobe, Kano, Kaduna, Nasarawa, and Ekiti VENDOR REQUIREMENT Interested vendors must demonstrate: Proven experience in storytelling, documentary production, and multimedia content development with evidence of at least 2 similar assignments or productions for an international organization, a donor-funded project, or a public/private entity. Capacity to conduct field-based content gathering in multiple Nigerian states Strong visual, editorial, and brand storytelling capabilities Familiarity with the health, supply chain, development, or social enterprise sectors is an added advantage Experience in collaborating with multiple partners to develop communication products SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Firms or consortia interested in participating must submit the following: Company profile, including relevant previous work Portfolio of past storytelling/documentary projects (preferably within the development or health sectors) Proposed approach and methodology to delivering on the scope Team composition and biographies of key personnel Indicative budget or pricing structure Evidence of registration and compliance with local regulations SUBMISSION DEADLINE OR PROCESS All Expressions of Interest must be submitted electronically in PDF format to admin@arc-esm.org, copying oobuekwe@arc-esm.org and tkarunwi@arc-esm.org.
