Tenders are invited for Procurement of ICT/EMR Hardware and E-billing & Collection System COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the office of the Ag. Director of Procurement at the Administrative Building, Federal University of Health Sciences Teaching Hospital, Ila-Orangun, Osun State on evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of #10,000.00 per Lot, paid into the Federal University of Health Sciences Teaching Hospital, Ila-Oranguns Remita Account in any reputable Commercial bank in Nigeria. 5 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each lot, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope and clearly marked with the name of the project and the lot number addressed to the Chief Medical Director, Federal University of Health Sciences Teaching Hospital, Ila-Orangun, Osun State, and clearly marked with the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated tender box at the office of the CMD, Federal University of Health Sciences Teaching Hospital, Ila-Orangun, not later than 12:00 noon on Monday, 9th June, 2025. 6 OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday, 9th June, 2025, at the Hospitals Administrative Building in the presence of bidders or their representatives, while the financial bids will be kept unopened. Please ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register at the CMDs Office as the Hospital will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
