Tenders are invited for Procurement, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Repair, Gsm and Automobile Repair Equipment for Skill Aquisition Development Center COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested Company should collect Standard Bid Documents (SBD) from the office of The Director Physical Planning Unit of the Polytechnic, upon presentation of evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of N10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira only) paid into Polytechnics Remita account in any commercial bank. 5. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the DIRECTOR OF PROCUREMENT AKWAI IBOM STATE POLYTECHNIC The envelope should be clearly marked with (the name of the project and the Lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box in the office of the Director Procurement by an authorized staff of the company not later than 12:00pm Tuesday 3rd June, 2025. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS The technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00pm, Tuesday 3rd June, 2025 while the financial bids will be kept un-opened. Please ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register in the Procurement Unit. The Polytechnic will NOT be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
