Expression of Interest for Medical Outreach In Selected Areas In Ekiti SUBMISSION OF EOI (CATEGORY C: SERVICES) Interested firms are to submit Expression Of Interest (Eoi) documents for the Lot desired; Two Hard copies each of Eoi and a soft copy in PDF format packaged in sealed envelopes and clearly marked at the top right corner of each envelope stating the title of the project i.e EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR LOT S1 and at the reverse side the name and address of the company should be boldly written and left in the appropriate tender box at Procurement office, Procurement Department, to be addressed to The Medical Director, Federal Medical Centre, P. M. B. 5011, Ikole-Ekiti, Ekiti State. The submission should be made not later than 12:00noon on 26th May 2025. Late application will be returned unopened. Please make sure you sign Bid Submission Register at the Procurement Office, Procurement Department FMC, Ikole-Ekiti, as Federal Medical Centre, Ikole-Ekiti will not be held responsible for misplaced or wrongly submitted Eoi. G. OPENING OF EOIs AND PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS The Eoi/Prequalification document will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on 26th May, 2025, at the meeting space beside A&E, Federal Medical Center, Ikole-Ekiti. H. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00noon on 9th June, 2025 at the meeting space beside A & E, Federal Medical Centre, Ikole-Ekiti, while the Financial bids will be kept un-opened.
