The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract On The Basis Of Swz Together With Attachments, Questions And Answers Given During The Procedure For Public Procurement, As Well As Applicable Law. All Requirements Specified In The Above -Mentioned Documents Constitute Minimum Requirements, And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Abovementioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Incompatible With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law 3. The Subject Of Delivery Is To Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Defects And Complete, I.E. With All Accessories, Cables, Cables Necessary For Their Use. The Supplied Assortment Must Be Properly Packed To Prevent Damage During Delivery. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Instructions For Ordered Goods Be In Polish. 3.3. The Assortment That Makes Up The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet All Requirements Of The Standards Specified I
