The Equivalent Product Is One That Will Have At Least Typical, Basic And Characterizing The Product Of The Parameters, Functional And Qualitative Features No Worse Than The Indicated Exemplary Product. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Works In A Safe Manner, Not Causing A Threat To Persons Participating In The Construction And For Bystanders, In Accordance With The Conditions Of Fire Protection, And Also Not Compromising The State Of Existing Facilities.
