Tenders Are Invited For Cp-24-260/2025 Execution Of Construction Works Involving The Adaptation Of Rooms After The Buffet To The Social Function And Sanitary Nodes Together With The Connector And The Preceding Fragment Of The Lobby
5.1. The Subject Of This Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Involving The Adaptation Of Rooms After The Buffet To The Social Function And Sanitary Nodes Together With The Connector And The Preceding Fragment Of The Hall Located In The Complex Of The Medical Center Of Postgraduate Medical Education At Ul. Marymoncka 99/103 In Warsaw. 5.2. The Order Consists In Completing Construction Works In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Consists Of The General Guidelines Of The Ordering Party, As Well As Executive Projects As Well As Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Project Documentation. 5.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Contract Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5.4. The Required Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol: 1) 24 Months - In A Report For Equipment Referred To In The Technical Specification Of Equipment Constituting Annex A To The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract; 2) 24 Months - In Relation To Lighting And Emergency Fittings; 3) 24 Months - In Relation To Devices, Including Equipment And Equipment Av; 4) Not Less Than 60 Months-In Relation To Materials And Labor Other Than Those Indicated In Points 1-3.5.5. The Contracting Authority Determines The Warranty Period For Physical Defects Of The Subject Of The Contract (Including Devices, Materials And Labor) As Equal To The Warranty Period. 5.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Set Out In The Draft Contract, As Described By The Subject Of The Contract And Project Documentation.
