5.1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Successive Delivery And Installation Of Office, Social And Library Furniture For The Needs Of The Postgraduate Medical Education Center Based In Warsaw. 5.2. A Detailed Description And Requirements For The Performance Of The Contract Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.5.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Set Out In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.5.4. The Contracting Authority Requires A Guarantee Of Quality For The Offered Furniture For A Period Of At Least 12 Months. 5.5. The Contracting Authority Requires A Guarantee For The Offered Subject Of The Contract On The Conditions In Accordance With The Contract Specified In The Description And In The Draft Contract.
