3.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Service Consisting In The Accredited Waste Collection In Accordance With The Standard Transferring The En 15442: 2011 Standard Or Its Current Release And Preparation Of Samples In Accordance With The Standard Transferring The Standard En 15443: 2011: Or Its Current Release Or Its Own Procedure Based On The Mentioned Norm Or Its Current Release And Conducting Accredited Research Waste Samples Directed To Thermal Transformation At The Department Of Thermal Waste Transformation In Krakow At Ul. Jerzy Giedroyc 23, For A Period Of 12 Months, In The Legally Regulated Area - Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of June 8, 2016 On The Technical Conditions Of Qualifying Part Of The Energy Recovered From Thermal Transformation Of Waste And In Accordance With The Standards Transferring Standards Specified In Annex 1 To The Abovementioned Ordinances Or Their Current Editions, In Particular In Accordance With The Standards Transferring Standards Indicated In Annex 1 To Swz Or Their Current Editions.
