Tenders Are Invited For Execution Of Multi -Branch Technical Documentation For The Implementation Of Electrical Installations, Ventilation And Cooling In The Building Of The Ministry Of Interior And Administration At Ul. Batorego 5 In Warsaw

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Project And Cost Documentation Together With Obtaining The Necessary Technical Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions, Provisions And Administrative Decisions, As Well As Other Technical Studies Necessary For The Implementation Of Electrical Installations, Ventilation And Cooling In The Building At Ul. Batorego 5 In Warsaw, As Well As Supporting The Ordering Party And Supervising Authors Supervision; In Accordance With The Content Of The Draft Contract, The Project Of Which Is Annex 1 To Swz And In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz (Annex 1 To The Draft Contract). The Realization Of The Subject Of The Agreement Is Divided Into The Following Stages: 1) Stage 0:-Preparation Of Technical And Economic Analysis And The Concept Of Using Renewable Energy Installations To Supply Ventilation And Air Conditioning Devices, Including The Use Of Residual Heat And Indication The Most Advantageous Technology And Solutions;- Preparation Of A Multi-Branch Inventory Of An Existing Building Using The Materials Held By The Employer; 2) Stage I- Preparing A Plot Or Area Development Project, Expertise In The Scope Of Fire Protection Conditions, Multi-Branch Architectural And Building Design With All Technical Conditions, Arrangements, Including Conservation, Sanitary And Protection Fire-Fighting, Opinions, Provisions As Well As The Performance Of Expertise And Other Technical Studies Necessary To Achieve The Purpose Of The Investment And Obtaining A Building Permit; 3) Stage Ii- Obtaining The Final Decision On Building Permit; 4) Stage Iii- Preparation Of A Multi-Branch Technical Design, Executive Project, Developing Technical Specifications For The Performance And Receipt Of Construction Works As Well As The Predominance Of Works And Cost Estimates Material Works; 5) Stage Iva - Supporting The Ordering Party In The Course Of The Procedure For Selecting The Contractor Of Construction Works; 6) Stage Ivb - Supporting The Ordering Party In Obtaining Funding For The Task From Assistance, E.G. Eu, Including The Preparation Of Necessary Documents And Analyzes (E.G. Energy Audit), Fishery And Conclusions Projects; 7) Stage V - Stage V Project Documentation.
