The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Implementation Of A Preliminary Design Concept And Then Comprehensive Design Documentation And Performing Authors Supervision For The Investment Task Construction Of Sports Infrastructure At Zs No. 1 In Hrubieszów I. Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract: Design Documentation Should Enable Construction Works In The Second Stages. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Complete Multi -Branch Project Documentation For Each Of The Stages Separately, Regarding: A) Stage I - Construction Of Sports Infrastructure At The School Complex No. 1 In Hrubieszów B) Stage Ii - Construction Of A Multifunctional Field With Infrastructure Accompanying At The School Complex No. 1 In Hrubieszów. The Award Of A Public Contract For The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works Based On The Pzp Act And To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment. Due To The Fact That The Developed Project Documentation Will Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting An Attachment To Swz In The Public Procurement Procedure For The Implementation Of Construction Works Conducted Under The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare Documentation In Such A Way That It Meets All The Requirements Of The Public Procurement Act.
