Design, Construction Works And Maintaining The Performance Of Construction Works During The Warranty/Warranty Period For The Investment Construction Of An Integrated Gułtowy Interchange Along With The Construction Of A Bicycle Path Along Poviat Road No. 2445 Siedlce-Gułtowy In The Formula Design And Build 3) Documentation Regarding The Supervised Investment, Is At: Https://Ezamowania.Gov.Pl/Mp-Client/Search/List/Ocds-148610-45D783f5-2491-4590-Bba0-D3356b0d6df7-Part I Proceeds 1. Detailed Conditions, Scope And Principles Contracts (Annex No. 2 To Swz), As Well As In The Scope Of Individual Industry Supervisors - The Provisions Of The Construction Law. 2. The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions, Is Obliged To Show That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. 5. The Own Names Given In The Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Not Intended To Violate Art. 99 And Art. 16 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, And They Are Only Designed To Specify The Qualitative Expectations Of The Employer. 6. In The Event That, When Describing The Subject Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Referred To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Also Allows Equivalent Solutions Described, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 101 Of The Pzp Act. 7. If, When Describing The Subject Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Used The Indication Of Origin (Trademark, Brand, Manufacturer, Patent, Supplier) Of Materials And Devices, It Should Be Assumed That The Contracting Authority Allows The Offer Of Equi
