For Iraqi local companies should submit color copy of the Valid ID (Ministry of Planning ID or Chamber of Commerce ID). b. For Foreign companies should submit copy of all registration documents belonging for their company from their countries in English language, or the registration documents in Iraq. c. Valid Company Tax ID and valid Non-Prevention From GCT. 1.2.Submit copy of previous similar work & experience approved by the end user. 1.3.The supplier should provide Scope of Supply (SOS) includes (materials, details, origin, delivery duration). 1.4.The bidders should submit a complete technical offer including a detailed explanation of the specification for the required materials, catalogues, Pictures. Data Sheet and must comply with the specifications mentioned in the scope of supply. If there are no technical details in the offer, the proposal will be considered technically unqualified. 2.
