COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested Companies are to collect the Tender Documents from the Procurement Unit, Nigerian Institute for Oceanography and Marine Research (NIOMR), Victoria Island, Lagos, on evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Ten Thousand Naira (10,000.00) Naira only per Lot, into the NIOMRs REMITA platform; 4. SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit their bid in two (2) copies each of the Technical and Financial bids, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid and Financial Bid. The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Name/Title of the Procurement clearly marked and addressed to: The Director, Procurement Department, Nigerian Institute for Oceanography and Marine Research (NIOMR), P.M.B. 61720, Victoria Island, Lagos. The reverse side of the envelope should be clearly marked with the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated tender box at the Reception Area, Ground Floor, Administration Building, NIOMR, Victoria Island, Lagos not later than 4:00 p.m on Friday, 30th May, 2025. The working hour is 8:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m on weekdays, excluding weekends. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 10:00 a.m on Monday, 2nd June, 2025, in the Conference Room, Administration Building, NIOMR, Victoria Island, Lagos, in the presence of observers, bidders or their representatives, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened.
