Through The Agreement, Service And Maintenance Are Acquired In The Form Of Fixed Semi-Annual Service On The Scanners (Including The Improvement Of Problems Specified In Service Logs, As Well As Dismantling And Cleaning To Ensure Optimal Operation), User Support On Telephone And E-Mail, Maintenance When Needs Arise Outside The Fixed Service Times (Including Repair, Bug Fixes And Troubleshooting, And Troubleshooting, And Maintenance Of The Form Of Forms) Software Upgrades And Software Rights For The Client When Such Become Available. Maintenance Also Involves Replacement Of Parts In The Scanners If Necessary To Correct Errors. The Extent Of Maintenance (Outside Of Fixed Semi -Annual Service) Will Vary With The Actual Need And Is Therefore Difficult To Estimate. It Is Also Noted That The Tax Administration Today Has An Agreement For Maintenance And Support On The Software Licenses Specified In The Agreement Appendix 3 Until The Relevant Licenses Expire. Software Maintenance Is Therefore First Expected To Be Relevant To Deliver Over This Agreement From The Expiry Date Of The Expiry License. It Is Also Expected That Renewing The Licenses Will First Be Relevant At The End Of Todays Licenses. The Purpose Of The Agreement Is To Ensure Stable Operation Of The Clients Scanners In Mo I Rana.
