The Project Will Involve Data Collection Including Topographical Survey Using Gps Or Total Station Equipment, Master Plan Review And Assessment, Utility Locates, Design Services, A Certificate Of Design, And Class “A” Construction Cost Estimate Preparation. The Intent Of The Work Will Be To Provide The City With A Completed Design Package And A Class “A Construction Cost Estimate Such That A Bid Document Can Be Created By Engineering Services For Use In Subsequent Years.
